Charge of late payment fee & interest fee

Hi,

Barclays bank has charged interest fee/late fees on my credit card. When i informed the bank that the payment was made on time, they promised to have this charge reversed... ref no. for that is 5025452.

In my next statement, i see the Interest charges reflecting and no reversals have taken place and when i call the bank, they tell me that the request has been declined and no one bothered to inform me until i got to see the statement... contact i spoke to from the bank is Sneha, ref no. - 5118137

This is really frustrating when the bank is cheating people like this...
