Online Fraud Transactions

On 22/10/09 there were online fraud transactions on my 2 Barclay bank credit card no:4339501161515128 & 4339483312181334 total amounting Rs.50, 000/-. I immediately informed customer care to block both the cards & not to clear those fraud transactions as i have not done those transaction & some had hiked my credit card details & done those transactions for payment to Bharati Airtel. Also also submitted the dispute declaration form on 23/10/09 by fax, email & post. But they did not bothered to block those transactions & cleared them. I had been made liable by the bank to make the payment for those fraud transactions. I am regularly calling them why i should pay for the fraud transaction when I had already informed them. During this time all most 3 months have passed & they have charged penalty & interest for non payment & the outstanding amount has gone upto Rs.56, 000/-. The collection department are regularly calling & harressing me. I have also made the police complaint in Kasturba Marg Borivali (E) Mumbai-66 police station but they are not even bothered to look the the documents submitted by me for the necessary action nor they are giving me the FIR. I hereby request you to please look into the matter & help me out of this problem at the earliest.
