how can i belive the lottery mail. they tell me that i have to pay c.o.t. to get winning funds but problem is that 12992 INR is much amount in india.

they also tell me that "your account will commence today only and money will reflects in your nominated bank accounts same today".

will winning amount is show in my account today or it will show after the paying of c.o.t.

please help me.
