Unnecessarily my name is been highlighted in Cibil

Hi,

This is to inform you that, I am trying for personal loan, but no bank is approving as all are telling me that my Cibil score is low, I have no idea why my name is been highlighted in Cibil and through which bank it is been entered. As far as I know last year my credit card bills were higher, which was Rs. 10, 070 for Barclays & Rs. 21, 485 for ICICI and I made the entire payment on 5th July which is before due date.

In the next month of the bill payment Barclays again sent me the bill of Rs. 700, I don't know for what reason, I called customer care and told them I have made the entire payment, then why did you send me the bill, they told me that I have exceeded my limit which was only Rs. 70, I requested them to reverse it as I have already made the payment and just for Rs. 70 you are charging me Rs 700, they took my request for reversal, but they didn't reverse it and they kept sending me the bill, adding all the charges due payment, interest all the calculations which are applicable. I again called up customer care and told them that I have requested for reversal, they told me that reversal request was not taken and they again took reversal request. But still no results. after 4 to 5 months when bill charges were above Rs. 4000, they told me that we will not reverse it, if this was the case then why did they kept telling me that it will be reverse.

I am not sure if this is due to Barclays or any other bank as far as my knowledge I don't have any other issue other than barclays. I took a car loan which got paid entirely without any bounces. If I had to stop payment then why would have I paid the entire amount, I would have stopped entire Rs.10, 070.

I would request you to please look into the issue and please help removing my name from Cibil. If Cibil has all the data, It would also have my past records of Loan & current status.
