I am Account holder of PNB Bank Branch Khopoli Dist Raigad, Maharashtra State,

Since Back 25days before I had get user id & password for internet banking facility from bank (Branch)

but as on today (20/05.2011) i could not make any single tranjection successfully, some tech problem has arised & pnb staff & customer care staff could not found any solution, i steped around 21 times in branch, the way they are showing that they are also helpless, and answering & behaving orugantly

i am sure some body from the branch is making this bullsheet perposely, i never seen thismuch hopeless service

i have send mail & register a complaint to higher athority but no reply yet

lastly i have send last mail ...!!

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I, Shreeram Godbole, Savings account holder at Khopoli (raigad) Dist-Maharashtra branch, account # 2311000100076106, customer @151833332, declare the permanent closure of all my accounts and dealings with your bank as reaction to recurring poor service form your employees.

I have received service regarding the internet banking activation which cannot be explained in words milder than horrible. This is also an official written complaint that I am registering. Though I don not expect any kind of assistance on the issue hereafter, this mail is just a notification of the incapability & inefficiency your employees possess at the branch. If you think you have value for your customers, look into the matter and make sure you don't lose anymore customers.
