Barclays Creadit Card
Wrongly committed when purchase the MetLife Policy from Barclay card

Hello Sir / Madam,

As i have purcahsed metLife policy from Barclays Creadit card on 12nd Jan.(application no. 146084260) of amount Rs 3687 INR.

that time the representative of barclay card committed me that the first 4 mothaly premium has to be paid by me (Alpesh) and remaining 8 months. But it is not given officially to me by mail or in written during policy received.

Also i have register 8 complaint to barclays from 13th Jan but till the time nobody has resolved this concern.

Further More the Toll free customer number 1800 233 7878 (Barclays credit card) is dead since five day.

Kindly please check and do the needful.
