Late payment charges

Sir,

I had a credit card from barclays bank no.4339488809639538.

I have been used this card only one time to buy a Health policy provided at the time of issuethe card. The payment mode was in six installments Ihave paid all the installments in time but the bank applied the latepayment fee and it goes month by month high. I have wrote to the bank please close down my card and clear all dues but they ignore and when i contaceted customer care they threaten me.

Several time I contact customer care to come at my office and saw your statement otherwisw I can saw you my bank sttement every time they commited but had not came to me.

after seeing the same complaints Every one can understand that this is the fraud bank.
