Charge for not using Credit Card

My name is Venkatesh. I am using Barclays Credit Card. In statement, it was stated that from January the bank will charge if the card is not used for more than six months. This is something amazing. Now, if the use has not urged or the customer has not used card for any reason, then what he will do. This is not fair at all from the bank because a customer is free to use the card when he wants.

I hereby want to notify this particular change which the bank has made and request you to look into the matter.
