Barclays Credit Card
Charged without any purchases

I own a Barclays credit card since 06. I never used this card and now I have received a bill of Rs 551.00. The statement mentions that it is the non-usage charge.

I do not remember signing any document from barclays accepting the condition of non-usage charges. I have emailed my complaint to Barclays grievance cell.

What are the options do I have so that I do not have to pay for these charges?
