PERSONAL LOAN REPAID

This is with reference to the full and final settlement of my personal loan account no-LC015511254667 done dated 24.02.09.

I was told that I will receive the security cheques other legal documents issued against the loan within 15 days. It’s been almost more than a year since I had made the payments against the Full and Final settlement of my personal loan account no-LC015511254667. I had given numerous reminder calls to your customer care center but all in vain. Their recovery agents still keep on calling at home and harass my old parents with abusive language.

I had not yet received my security cheques and other documents duly signed at the time of agreement.
