Barclays Finance
Two Installment in one month

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have taken a personal loan from Barclay finance, and its Installment is rupees 4199.

It gets debited from my account every 3rd date of month. This month April i had insufficient balance hence it was not debited.

I got a call from the bank, asking me about the same. I told them to send a executive, and willing paid 4199 the bounce charges in cash, for which i also got the receipt.

But today, 10th April My account was again auto debited by Barclay's finance for rupees 4199.

I am left with paying my monthly installment twice.

I called them, but the representative was of no help. He told me to call him after 4-5 working days, as the amount has not been reflected in their system.

I am left with very less cash in my account to manage my house.

Please help.
