Harrassment by Recovery Agents

My name is Rajshree Jambhale, 49 yrs old, housewife.

My daughter had taken a personal loan from Barclays. She paid consecutive 9 months EMI. Now, due to recession she lost her job and could not able to pay March EMI.She is trying her best, talking to Barclays collection dept as well.

However Barclay recovery agents are constantly calling me and threatening me. They had come at home twice to collect money. I told them the truth that as she doesn't stay with me anymore. But still they forced me to pay. They abused me in front of all society members and were using profain language cosistantly. I am not the seconday or co- applicant of that loan.

Please help me to stop this harrassment. What I can do?
