Name in civil list

To remove name from civil listI have made full & final settlement in the bank for my credit card outstanding amount but still my name is reflecting in the civil list I made in " june'' how long it will take to remove my name from civil list. because of this i am facing lot of problem i am not able to get home loan or any oher loan. due to this iam surring from depresion. and if we talk with the bank the talk it very rudely.
