Debit of money from 031201508924 ICICI Bank account without receiving it

DEAR SIR,

Myself Pramod Singh a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank working as a Branch manager in a finance company at Gaya (Basix). I having a Saving Bank AC No. 031201508924 ICICI Bank on the date of 30/07 I visited a pnb ATM here situated at chandouti more at Gaya on 30/07 between 10am to 12 .near bindi market Gaya. There i wants to withdrew amount of 4k so I entered the atm card for withdrawing the amount but at the end i could not receive any amount or statement slip after that I checked after 3 days the 4k amount is deducted from my ICICI account its shows in mini statement So I request you to Redeposit the amount back to my AC No. 031201508924 of ICICI Bank
