HOLDING BACK MY SHOP DOCUMENTS

Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice about the fraud done by the Branch Manager of Bassien Catholic Coop. Bank Ltd., Manickpur Branch, Vasai (West), They are harrassing me even though I am not liable for gaurantee which was not renewed by me. They have run an N P A account for three years giving huge withdrawals. The bank has fraudulently sold the morgaged property of the borrower for a paltry sum without auctioning, or following legal procedure. They have withheld my shop documents even though I have cleared all my dues in 2003. Its 7 years but my pleas are falling on deaf ears. Can your forum guide me, what recourse is available to me under the circumstances.
