Sir,

I wish to complaint that there is less frequency of Bus No. 122 from Ballard Piere around 5p.m. onwards. Within 5p.m. to 5.15p.m. you will observe that there are 10-15 buses of Bus no. 111 running empty and similarly Bus No. 44. Why so! Why dont you think about the public those who are suffering from your services. If in case, we ask the conductor of the bus, why is bus so late? He will answer you ask the Depot. Public sitting inside the bus also complaint that the bus was just waiting for 10-15 minutes at the depot, since there was no driver or no conductor.

Do you feel it just not an harassement to the public. If there is no frequency started of the buses it will complaint to your Executive Level and then after to the Ministers. Please take this complaint as urgent with immediate effect.
