CHEATED ME IN FOREX & EQUITY MARKETS

I paied 1- for 3 months subscription for Jackpot package. But they are not given service in Equity.

In Forex i invested $1000.00.I given POA also.he promised loss of only 20%.he losted all of my money with in a moth.and then he told me "i will refund my money winth in 45 days".but they are not refund my money after completions of 75 days also.they are not replay my mails and not responding byphone also.
