No proper support/reply from company

Hi,

i took one month intraday services package of beststockanalysis.co.in by paying 10000 of one month, they told they will charge 500 per positive call and 2 call will be free. at the end they will deduct the postive call charges and refund the remaining amount.my id 16138 . i mailed them 3 to 5 times and their excetive mr manoj calls from 02261488300 . he was calling day and night to join me and once i joined he didnt talked also. after one month he again called me to continue so i told him to send the statement but no revert till now either by mail or by phone.
