Private sector banks
Not opening vacancy merely because of freshe

Hello Sir/ Madam,

I am here putting up my complaint regarding to seek an info from the HRD of all private sectors banks that also include MNC banks, i have applied there for so many times for different position openings, But every time they did not respond to me. While applying there they bring different criteria for rejecting my Resume' like they mentioned that they provide the opportunity to B Com graduates, don't consider science graduates, even they are not considering my post graduation qualification that is MBA Finance Degree and i do have experience but not in proper banking sector, so tell me how fair it is that they can give chances to Regular freshers from MBA, but can't give me an opportunity, they should atleast give me a chance to apply for the interviews then assess my knowledge but they don wanna do that, so tell me what can i do in this matter
