MISS MANAGEMENT IN ISSUING OF SBI CARD

I have applied for SBI SILVER card 3 weeks ago. In my SBI Branch (SBI MAHARAJPUR, GHAZIABAD) a new scheme was introduced for the employees of BEL and it was told to us by your representative (Mr HARENDRA KUMAR Mob 9990002523) that the credit card will be issued without any physical verification, since our company (BEL) is an esteemed company in INDIA and a PUBLIC SECTOR UNIT.

After 10 days of application, I received reference no of my application. Today I have contacted your Customer Care and they were saying that because of some problems in the verifcation my credit card application have been rejected.

This is realy rediculous on part of STATE BANK OF INDIA to make such false promises and rejecting applications on false basis.

This is a irony that the people in PSUs who are willing to get CREDIT CARDS have not been issued credit cards.

Sir my request is that you should consider my application again if it is rejected or if rejected give me the proper reason for rejection and give me my documents back, since these may be used for illegal means.

Otherwise I will be filling a case in CONSUMER COURT and will be submitting a RTI application against SBI.
