Atm debition without receiving money

I was trying to withdraw money rs-10000/-from my pnb atm with ac no-4972000100019058 with name aniket kumar singh on 29/9 at 21:45 pm with atm id no:476200 and card no:5126520130326593 but i did not receive money instead money got debited from my account as per atm receipt.kindly look into the matter and reimburse the amount in my account.
