Education loan

My name is Reeta Saini i have done my MBA and i take education loan to complete my studies. In starting bank clear that the loan of interest will be 10.50% but now they are charging more rate of interest approximately 13.50%. I was told by someone that there is relaxation for girls students in education loan. My account no is 1727000104028417 it is a saving account of Punjab National Bank Branch Saloh Distt Una Himachal Pradesh. Please check it and let me know if there is any relaxation for girls and what is the actual rate of interest. Because i belongs to a middle class family i can't give such high rate of interest. Please take an urgent action as soon as possible.
