Fraud documentation by the agent

Dear sir,

as i have mentioned in my previous complaint, the agent of bharati axa life ahmedabad, c.g road branch has cheated me by making fraud documentation in my policy and issuing another policy when caught. the company has got rid by saying that al complains after 15 days of receiving the policy docs shall not be entartained.

i want to file legal complaint for this please advise about receiving the money back
