Fraud done through companies merge

I am holding 1500 number of shares of baharat starch ltd issued to me for Rs45000/- i.e Rs30 per shares by company and with in few months the said company merges with english india clay ltd both the companies are of thapar group and they paid about Rs1300/- in total for 1500 number of shares, without my concent and giving any intimation.

this is what they did with most of the investors who invested in there shares by giving Rs0.85/-per share for which they collected Rs 30/-per share by this they have collected several crores of public money and in doing so they adopted all leagel options to garb the money which amount comes in crores of rupees.

there are many investors having bharat starch shares and wondering to get them cash.

it seems to be a big scam on part of thapar group to merge the companies just to take away the public money.it is a serious mattar of investegation and financial fraud.

kindly help the shareholders by investegation the mattar.
