BLACK MARKETING AND NOT PAYING TAX

Hi sir,

this bharat chhap tobacco is paying his exice duty of one machine and running more than 10 machine illegally at different place in chhattisgarh . earlier two or three year before he was paying some thousand rupees tax but after the rule of machine comes in tobacco he is now paying 10 or 11 lakh tax per month of one machine and running more than 10 machine illegaly . he has been benifeted by some of the exice officer who allow him to run those machine .i am sure he is giving 5 to 6 lakh bribe to various exice department so that he can be free from various difficulty . i have also heard from people that is mixing some chemical to tobacco so that people chew his tobacco time to time.

I have also done survey that 1 machine can produce only 60 pouches per minute or less than that but not greater than that. His whole family assest has been increased and is going on increasing and has invested huge BLACK money on buying lands and houses in chhattisgarh and gujrat. ALL his raw material is coming from gujrat and has been packed in chhattisgarh .the rate of consuming his packet is very fast as because of his checimal spray tobacco. HE is having big market in chhattisgarh, orrisa and is going on increasing and has declair only 1 machine. According to my thinking he is earning 50 to 60 lakh black money per month I HOPE SOME STRICK ACTION SHOULD TAKEN AGAINST HIM AS HIS TOBBACCO IS VERY DEADLY AND SHOULD BAN IN SELLING THAT
