Unauthorized balance deduction

I had activated 1rs gprs internet plan.. 10mb free, one day vailidity on 16th mar. lated i browsed after checking status of gprs. although plan is activated main balace started to deduct... how its possible... they dont recieve customer call also.. i tried thousand times.. due to this i lost around 65rupees. help me to get my amount...
