I want to deactivate fusion lounge subscription service but its not deactivate by them

I want to deactivate the service i.e;fusion lounge subscription service i called the customer service executive but i have still suffer from this problem after each 5 days Rs.15 has charged from my balance. This process is running from 3 months after every 5 days Rs.15 is cut off why please tell me why is it happen with me and please tell me the contact number of customer care because in 121 and 198 are not responding according to my problem i want to talk with customer care executive i have send message at *121# but its also not responding.
