Cheque delay

I Have a Health Insaurance in Bharti Axa. My Policy no is Q0015315 & My Claim no is Q0030574.

I Had a Health Problem on 9 october to 12th October. I was admitted at DMCH Ludhiana.

I had a Dengue Disease which was diagnosed successfully and the company Bharti AXA was suppose to cover my medical bills. I have submitted all my documents at their branch office Ludhiana & they approved my insaurance claim & issued me the cheque of rs 24, 054 on 19th jan. The cheque is hand delivered at their branch office on 20th jan as said by customer care of Bharti AXA.

But they have no Track record of the cheque they issued. They are delaying it for the past couple of weeks by not answering my questions. I am a middle class man .i have to pay to people who helped me in my bad times. So kindly help me on this matter .i’ll be thankful to u
