I am sick n tired of calling your call center to resolve my query [4 times already – they don’t maintain any record what so ever]; I AM NOT SATISFAIED WITH THE SERVAYERS DECISION OF NOT GIVING COMPLETE CLAIM.

YOUR SERVAYERS ARE MAKING THIS PROCESS A GREAT HASSEL. Since 5 years you are making money from me – now at the time of claim you people making my life hell………….!!!

I think nobody should take bharti axa insurance because at the time of sale of policy and renewal people are very generous and humble but once money taken.

NO BODY READY TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER.
