BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD
PF amount is not received

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on June.

It is almost ten months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

When i contact with the concern person every time he told me checqe is sent to ur bank. but still i have not receive any amount plz solve this.

My PF number is: MH/48185/796
