EPF Amount Not Settlement

Have worked with Bharti Axa Life insumrance and filed for PF claim on 09/3 (acknowledged recpt from PF office bandra) but the same remains unprocessed . i have filed a complaint on EPFigms as per the escalation . it is now over a period of 45 days fromy complaint and reminder on the compliant. my claim is still unsettled.

Kindly help me with the process further
