IVR FRAUD

There was a call from clubleisure executive and the tel number was 011409580045but they told me that they are from HDFC Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to HDFC bank and you have a clear record on credit card and he also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card so they told me to verify the details through IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card with was not told to me on 19/12 so when i received the call after 1 minute of transaction from executive told him to refund the amount and he told me that it would not be refunded and he also told me that he will call back but till date he has not called back and i am also not able to get the contact them

Please help me to get refund of this amount
