Total money not refunded from tata steel fpo

Dear Sir, /madam

I had applied FPO of Tata steel through online sbi net banking for total

320 shares @ 610 per share (My total lien amount was was Rs. 195200/-)

I got 210 share @ Rs610 per share of total amount of 128100/-

My balance amount should be Rs.67100 but i got only Rs 57650 as refunded

amount.

My FPO details are as:

Pls arrange to return my balance amount which is Rs 9450/-.

In this regard i talk to my SBI bank, but he is saying this is matter with
