Dear Sir,

We had purchased 4 2.5 KVA Batteries having serial nos 3VA-004403, 3VA-013401, 3VA-013430 and 3VA-013396 from your dealer EAST ZONE SUPPLY CORPORATION LTD.Out of the 4 Batteries during installation by the technician 1 Battery of serial no 3VA-013430 was found damaged as the battery was not able to take any load. While load was applied to it, it was getting tripped. We informed the matter to EAST ZONE.After several knocking they finally told us to send the battery to thier workshop though the service was supposed to be a onsite service. We send them the battery on 9th december. But they send it for servicing to EXIDE TARATALA Branch after 7 days. Finally we have recieved the battery after servicing couple of days ago. But the battery has not been installed up to date.

Further we had not recieved the guarannty card for battery of serial no 3 VA-013396.

Kindly look into the matter as quickly as possible because we are suffering a lot. We are waiting for your positive response.
