Closing of phone line

I am a customer of reliance communication more than five years, having number 9331062592.I did MNP due to phone problem and it was converted. but after fifteen days the connection closed suddenlty without any informatio. I vsited webworld stor and submitted my all documents agian as said by sale executive of webworld store.but it has been passed tweve days and there is no proper action by the company to start my phone line.
