Charging False Dues

Dear Sir,

I am very upset with the behaviour of Bhushan Auto Finance Ltd.

I owe a loan amount of Rs 28000. I paid more than dues & I had been assured to get NOC within 10 days.

Now they are telling me to pay Rs 250 more and they sent me a legal notice.

Plz help in this regard.
