Hi, my name is srijani..

I made a purchase of RS.200 fro big bazar (gangulybagan branch, kolkata) and i payed the bill through my icici debit card.

Once the big bazar employee punched my card and then said its not done properly and punched it again.

And then my balance got deducted twice.

When i complained they behaved very badly and rudely instead of being polite and sorry...

I showed my balance statement then also they said they cant do anything
