I went for a happy shopping yesterday to Bigbazar, Kolkata (sealdah.). Unfortunately it was'nt a happy shopping when i came back home thought of checking cash memo, where i found the cashier charged me for a product which was not in my packet, as it was sealed i could not check it right there but when i opened the seal the product was missing. Why i have to pay for the product which was not in my sealed plastic?? I want this mistake to be rectified immediately and take action on such activities so that a customer can feel free to check the products they bought and paid at the very point.

I have no idea how i can claim for the product.
