Over charging above mrp

In july from big bazzar i purchased eno bottle MRp Rs. 55 along with other items, On reaching home I was surprised to see that i have been charged Rs. 60 for the same. similar thing happened again when on 20.08.2011 i visited the big bazar and purchased some items from there. after coming home i noted that once again they overcharged on Badhsha company' Dry Mango Powder MRP Rs. 23.00 charged Rs. 25.00. even when i email my complaint to them on their customer support, i received reply that i should either email the same on other email or call on telephone.

big bazar is declaring itself "Sabse Sasta" while it is charging above MRP

i have both the bills and unopened products with me.
