Selling Mobiles at Higher Prices

On 14-Feb, we have purchased Samsung T3310 mobile equal to the MRP price Rs. 5400/-(price on the box/cover is Rs.5500/-) at BigC dealer in KPHB, HYD. After 2-3 days, when my friend explained me that he too got the same mobile in other stores but at lesser price of Rs. 900/- (Rs. 4600/-) than MRP price.

We too enquired in other BigC and Mobile Stores showrooms (in other Big C store located at other area) and came to know that we got cheated with the dealer. Our mistake is that we have not eqnuired about the price before buying the mobile and blindly went to Big C (as we trust on Big C) and purchased.

Later, we went to the dealer and asked his explanation. He is saying he could not give as it was already billed and not at all agreeing that he has sold it at higher price. I eagerly looking for justice to my problem.
