Cheating the consume

We had paid Rs. 400 for monthly subscription for "Platinum Plan" on 1st March and on the 9th March we got a sms that they had activated the film called "I CANT THINK STRAIGHT" which we had not even asked them to activate. This was done without our knowledge. This activation was also not mentioned while I had paid for subscription.

Also on the 9th March they reduced the amount of Rs. 400 to Rs. 185 (within 9 days).

Furthermore, when I asked them to deactivate the film, I was told that they will charge me Rs. 50 to do so.
