Complain Axis Bank Home loan on Loans

Respected Sir,

Thank you for the mail. But unfortunately your response is not complying with the feedback that I got from your representative who came to my office regarding the loan matter. Your executive Mr. Torit Ghosh (9830361614) who came to my office few days back, assured me about the loan. I gave him all the necessary documents readily. He took the processing fee as well, of Rs. 5000/- by cheque. After a few days he came to me again and said that the loan is not being possible for several issues:

1) for approval of home loan at least 90 % of the project should be completed.

2) In one project minimum 30 nos of flat is required for the loan to be sanctioned.

For your kind information, I am a renowned architect of Saltlake since last 20 years. Our company also has a promoting wing. There are lots of project of myself where loans have been sanctioned in the recent years by several other banks i n different stages of construction. Not a single bank has ever raised such stupid terms verbally (as your representative did not provide any written objection so far). Though I did not find these terms and conditions written anywhere. I will take the loan from other bank for sure. Already other banks have shown their interests to give me the loan. Don't consider this mail to be further prayer for loan. But its my suggestion to you, that please dont do this sort of unprofessional activity with other clients. If you have such terms you should inform me before the handover of processing fee. Your representative checked all the documents several times. I am a priority account holder of your bank (A/C No. 033010100025917) since 1997 (Then the bank was UTI Bank). I already avail a car loan from your bank. Yet I had to face such harassment.

I have decided not to continue any kind of rerelationship with your bank any further and within a few days I will surely close my account in your bank.

I am sorry, But I am really very disappointed with you.
