Hi I have given a complaint against bilkish associates for noc after doing my payment in nov but i came to know through my friend from banking sector in UAE that bilkish is actully helping indians by coordinating in settling bank outstanding for people who really want to go back and work in UAE, if bilkish is not there it is not possible for even a well educated person to get in touch with bank get settlement and do the payment and make the bank issue the NOC direc) tly (I Am talking practically), these is an help done by Bilkish to indians who want to go bank and work in UAE... sorrry bilkish people i take back my complaint..
