On my credit card number 5176 5335 2923 0002, I am being charged Rs. 100 towards Annual Bill Pay Charges. This is probably towards Tata Indicom mobile phone number 9246360946. Since i am nolonger using this number, kindly discontinue the Bill Pay services.
