Bindal Agro Chem Limited
New share certificates not received

I have 200 shares of bindal agro chem limited having folio no- BI 159875. on wanting to get it dematerialised i found out that the company is now Oswal chemical & fertilizers ltd. However I have never ever been informedby the company also no altered share certificate has been issued to me. However I have sent a email to Skyline financila services limited who are the registrars of Oswal chemicals.

Kindly tell me how do i get the altered share certificates and what should i do? The shares were pruchased way back in 1991 and since then the company has never communicated with its investors...
