Respected Sir/Mam, I'M Tirth Ram bearing reliance postpaid number:9018921139.I want to change my number from postpaid to prepaid as i'd already submitted my documents at reliance office Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Whenever i call customer-care they told me... request for changing postpaid to prepaid is done with in 5 days... also suggest me to go to my nearest reliance store to get the status of your request but sir, they told me that the processing of my number is under process... but its going to be 8 days which is poor response from Reliance Mobile... As i'm a central goverment employ... further posted to other states and in my family there is no body in J&K to contineously use this postpaid connection... So, Under such condition please help me so that the next will is not further obtained... My billing date is 27th of month & no:- 9018921139.
