DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LOAN TRANSFER

Dear Sir/Madam

This is in relation to the home loan sanctioned by IDBI Bank Ltd.to me vide home loan account no.038/0038675100005159 .

This is to brought to your kind notice that i want this home loan to be transferred to my employer NTPC Ltd.(A Govt. of India Enterprise)

You are therefore requested to provide me the relevent documents so that i can apply for the loan transfer. The list of document required is as follows:

1) Certificate from the financial institution/Organisation regarding the outstanding loan amount along with accrued interest as on 11.04.2011.

2) Cerificate of per day rate of interest on the loan from the financial institution/Organisation.

3) Undertaking from the financial Institution /Organisation, discharging mortgage and sending the original mortgage/security documents directly to NTPC within 15 days of receipt of full and final payment from the employee and for issuance of no dues certificate favouring the employee on such full and final payment.

4) Foreclosure quotation as on 11.04.2011 & list of documents.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE THESE DOCUMENTS AT THE EARLIEST ON PRIORITY SO THAT I CAN APPLY FOR THE LOAN TRANSFER.
