Dear Sirs,

As per suggestion of your executive’s named, Mr. vimal, Mr. Nitin parihar

To invest in Birla home finance. They said if I invest in Birla home finance I shall get double amount in two years. They request me to give cheque so I have handover cheque of amount 4000/- (four thousand) cheque no 55343 of bank Indian overseas bank.

The same cheque is cleared from my bank on date 01-11-03, to birla home finance

After cheque cleared your executive did not contact me or not given me any receipt of money invested.

Now it’s more then eight years passed, I kindly request you to return my money with interest which is applicable by RBI rules. Waiting for your reply.
