Allotment of mutual fund at tery high nav due to delay by birla sunlife co ltd

I applied for purchasing hdfc top 200 mutual fund through birla sunlife co limited on 16/6 with a cheque of 50000 of same date.they gave me acknowledgement slip but without any date on it and then i got to know through an sms that i have been alloted fund at an nav of around 199.985 on 22/7 while nav of 16/6 is much lower which has resulted in significant financial loss to me.on enquiring hdfc people says that they got the application on 22/7 & they processed it on the same day, they also said that it was unnecessarily delayed by birla sunlife distribution co ltd.now please take my complain in consideration & let me know what can be done about it.
