Dear Sir/Madam

Subject:- Complaint Regarding Allegation and Wrong Behavior by Your Executive.

The Policy no. #3868321 is on my Mothers name, The Policy had lapsed on 17/9 and the payment of Rs 30000 was needed to Revive the Policy,

On 21/02 the complete Payment of 30000 was done in your Branch office Malerkotla (148023 Punjab), I am having the receipt too.

And after sometime on the same day, I am getting the calls regarding that Payment of 20000 is done and rest is Not Given, as on the Customer Part this is the most embarrassing part dealing with

the Birlasunlife and their executive sitting in the branch of Malerkotla.

We made it very Clear on the call (01675-301402) about the Payment and told the person to check on his Part.

But after that, a type of allegation is made by your executive on Our that we didn't deliver them the full payment, This is the worst ever scenario I had ever faced.

And your executive was delivering the warning if you don't give the payment of Rs 10000, he will cancel the receipt.

We told him there is an misunderstanding at your part and you can check in the proper way and we will assist you Properly.

In the mean time i got call from a person who was telling he belongs from the Police Department Malerkotla, and that call was made only to frighten me.

and after that I got a call again from your executive, i questioned him about the Policed Person call, your executive made me very clear that Police Person is his Uncle (fufad).

In the last call your executive started normally and after that he was trying to threaten me said he knows how to take money back,

Is this the way Birla Group deal with there Customers?

So i want Proper assistance regarding how to Charge that Executive and Company for this allegation.
